1. What is the order processing time?

We usually process orders within 1–3 business days. Please allow extra time during holidays or special sales.

2. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Please contact us within 24 business hours after placing your order to cancel or modify it. After that, changes might not be possible as orders may have been processed or shipped.

3. Do you offer international shipping? What are the typical shipping times?

Yes, we ship internationally! Delivery times vary: US orders take 7–14 business days, others typically 10–20 business days depending on location and customs. See our Shipping Policy for details.

4. How can I track my order?

After shipping, tracking info will be available on your order status page and sometimes emailed to you.

5. Can I return or exchange an item?

Returns accepted within 7 business days if unused and in original packaging. Free gifts must be returned too. Return shipping is customer's responsibility unless there's a product quality issue. See Refund & Return Policy for details.

6. Are prices inclusive of taxes and shipping?

Yes, all prices include applicable taxes and shipping fees for your convenience.
